Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026. By using QRGen.fun you agree to these terms.
1. The service
QRGen.fun ("we", "us") provides tools to generate, customize, and (on paid plans) manage QR codes. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service.
2. Your QR codes and content
You retain all rights to the content you enter and the QR codes you create. Static QR codes you generate are yours to use however you like — there is no watermark, no expiration, and no dependency on us to keep working. For dynamic QR codes, the redirect service is provided under these terms and requires an active paid plan (see Section 4).
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use QRGen to create codes that facilitate fraud, phishing, malware distribution, illegal activity, or that infringe others' rights. You are solely responsible for the legality and safety of the destinations your codes point to. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans bill monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Cancellation does not refund the current period except under our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you stop paying, dynamic codes pause but can be reactivated within 12 months by resubscribing.
5. Intellectual property
The QRGen name, logo, design, and software are our property. You may not copy, resell, or claim them as your own. Our partner and reseller programs grant limited, revocable rights as described in the partner agreement.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is." We do not warrant that codes will scan in every possible condition, though we design for maximum reliability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not responsible for losses arising from a destination you linked.
7. Termination
You may close your account anytime. We may terminate access for material breach of these terms, with notice where practicable. Static codes already created remain valid; dynamic codes follow Section 4.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on-site and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, or by arbitration if both parties agree.
